Questions
Return details customers ask most.
These answers stay closed by default and expand only when selected. They clarify common return and exchange situations for sunglasses, optical frames, kids eyewear, sport eyewear, reading glasses, blue light glasses, and eyeglass cases.
Can I return eyewear after trying it on?
You may inspect and carefully try on eyewear, but it must remain unused, clean, undamaged, and free from signs of wear. Items with scratches, stretched frames, stains, odors, missing parts, or heavy handling may not qualify after inspection.
Do I need approval before sending my item back?
Yes. Please contact Visionlisse support before shipping any item back. Unapproved returns may be delayed, refused, or difficult to match with your order. Approval helps us provide the correct instructions and confirm eligibility.
What should I include in my request?
Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, product name, reason for return or exchange, and photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
Can I exchange for a different eyewear category?
In many cases, yes, depending on eligibility and availability. For example, a customer may request a different sunglass style, blue light frame, reading glasses option, sport eyewear item, or eyeglass case. Our support team will explain the available options.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. This helps us review the situation quickly and determine the appropriate resolution.
When will I receive my refund?
After the returned item is received and approved through inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Are all products eligible for return?
Most standard items may be eligible when returned within 30 days in unused, clean, undamaged, and complete condition. Items that are worn, altered, damaged, missing packaging, missing accessories, or outside the policy window may not qualify.
Can I return an eyeglass case?
Eyeglass cases may be eligible if they are unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with any original packaging or included materials. Cases showing wear, stains, compression damage, or missing contents may be declined.
